My friend went to the home store and bought kitchen tiles for .16 cents a piece she then bought little sticker non-slider things for the bottom. She cut cute scrapbook paper and modge-podged it on the top of the title. They are amazing!! However, there is no way I have the time to do this...or want to make the time. At least not now, maybe in the future. :-)Hilaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15026972163651618716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455556125864384726.post-33661233659148312392011-12-21T00:23:32.907-05:002011-12-21T00:23:32.907-05:00Haha! If I ask him to bring home three things from the store, I usually can expect two things. So, it's good your husband got gift bags and candy. I'm thinking your bags will still be a big hit!Grumpy Grateful Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18280877945184331361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455556125864384726.post-30195983865877909932011-12-20T17:45:54.101-05:002011-12-20T17:45:54.101-05:00This made me snort! If it makes you feel any better, I thought I had the system beat by actually undertaking a DIY Christmas this year...Let's just say next year, everyone gets a card that says "I love and appreciate you, today and everyday" If they have issue with that then the following year's will say "pfffft!" ;)everettrjhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13005786376931096336noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455556125864384726.post-23059014103860971722011-12-20T16:44:41.070-05:002011-12-20T16:44:41.070-05:00Kim - don't stress. We have Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Developmental Therapy, and Vision Therapy. We also have it written in our plan that they can come at the same time and work together. Which is awesome because - for example vision and pt often come together. The vision person distracts him while he is pushed physically to get stronger. Hope that helps. We are still playing catch-up with Leo's care and trying to get him everything he needs- but after reading this I am wondering what am I missing? HELP!

On the candy side- I had wonderful help from my mom and oldest daughter- they made homemade peanut butter cups, little pumpkin breads and homemade chocolate covered pretzels for me to give as gifts to therapists and teachers. I agree the size of the bag does matter!Kim Shaferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03214180880105557485noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455556125864384726.post-7561855304791271902011-12-20T13:14:18.529-05:002011-12-20T13:14:18.529-05:00Lol, it was the thought!
