Normal Life Returns

We are home!  Hershey can't hold us down!  A little update on Alexander - he is now on Depakote.  This is a nasty sort of drug and he is little - so I have all sorts of concerns.  Before you all comment all your concerns - we've discussed them with the neurologist.  He really thinks this is best and we will be getting a second opinion at the end of the month... so we shall see if he stays on Depakote or not.  

Once home the best thing to do for our family is to try to be as "normal" as possible.  We try to slip back into the routine as quickly as we can.  And it was time for my big boy to get ready for the summer.

Last year, I gave Andrew a haircut. Ray was not overly impressed.  You see, Andrew's hair was growing in like a mullet and the texture of his hair was not very thick.  So I gave him a buzz because I love a little boy in a buzz cut.  The results were less than desirable.

 After. I actually apologized publicly on Facebook because his hair was so fine.... he looked sick. Poor baby.

It has taken me weeks to convince Ray to let me cut Andrew's hair again.  And another few days to convince Andrew it was time to get a big boy hair cut.

On a side note... Look at how Addison has learned to "cheese."  And Andrew's haircut looks much better this time. He just looks like a big boy.
