The Excitement of Summer

Today was Ray's last day of work and tomorrow is mine. (sort of). I have to work a few days next week, but for all intensive purposes - as of tomorrow - School's out for Summer. And the excitement is building. Ray and I are making plans for places to take the kids different places. There is talk of the zoo, and amusement parks, and camping, and day trips. There are play dates with friends and the excitement of having kids around to play with. My kids are now at the age where they interact with other kids. Between the fenced in back yard and the pool - we are excited to have people over to play with the kids and hang out with us.

There are all sorts of things that come with summer

Good friends who love on your kids.

Bathing Suits

She's such a little Diva....

Quality Time... Time that is appreciated because the sun is out and spirits are high.

Friendships that are growing. Andrew says he has a new best friend.

Little Brothers are included. Andrew has to share his excitement of summer with Alexander

Romances are in the air...

L says, "Kiss? Kiss?" Addison says, "No! Don't kiss me!" Lets just say Ray was a very proud Papa.

Summer time with twin toddlers.... *sigh* - I'm going to soak up every minute of it. Next year will be summer time with twin children. Now they still babble and repeat each other and say hilarious things.

I want to savor this time - like fine dining.

I need to get some more pics of my kids posted - we've been doing so much stuff lately but I haven't really been blogging about it much. Tomorrow is Daniel's birthday, so I'm sure there will be multiple photo opportunities then! :)
