Friday's Confession Booth

I must confess... I love some of the link-ups I have participated in this summer.  I especially like Shell's link-up at Things I Can't Say.

So, I realized that I LOVE to "Confess" things on my blog.

Sometimes it is serious stuff like about "the syndrome", but often it is light hearted things like "I'm a bad parent," or "how my weight is the bane of my existence."

See - like I said, I confess everything.  So I decided to create my own Link - up.

Here are the Rules:

Friday's Confession Booth

Confess something.  It can be a little thing or a big thing.
 
It can be about yourself.
 
It can be about your husband / family / kids.
 
It can be about kids going off to school or the love/hate relationship you have with Walmart 
 
It can TOTALLY be light hearted.  
 
Remember: Confessions don't mean you must share your deepest darkest secrets...
Most of us "confess" on our blogs anyway.
 
This will just be a great way to share with each other and build a little community.
Then you grab a button and link up.

Marsi - and to anyone else out there who is "ready" to link up. On FRIDAY I will post a "Confession." I've already written 3 for the next 3 fridays... (I have a lot floating around up here!) The first one I'm posting is a confession about Weight Watchers. It is not earth shattering or a "going to make me need all new friends because I will be so ashamed of myself" post. My second one is specifically about our circumstances and a bit more personal - because sometimes "confessions" are. On Friday, when your post is ready, you will come here. You will see a SMALL form. In that form, you put your name, e-mail, and the URL of your post. That FORM will add your blog post to a big list. This list will show at the bottom of Friday's post - so everyone who comes to "link-up" will see your post also. You can check back and read other people's "confessions" and comment and it is a great way to introduce bloggers to each other. The only thing you need to do in addition is grab my "confession button" and put it at the bottom of your post. That way - friends of friends - might want to come and "confess" also. This is how a community grows. All the while, we get to read each other's posts and have other bloggers read ours. It is a great way to share and build a few more followers. I hope that explained everything. If you write a post for Friday ... and stop back here - the form is really self explanatory. I CANNOT WAIT for you to try it! So. Much. Fun.
