The best of this week.

I thought I would write a quick re-cap of this past week’s posts…. then – if you are bored, you can just check out the ones you might be interested in.  So here we go – The Best of this Week.

 

A Time for Everything – On Monday – I was feeling very sentimental.  The fall is an exciting time for us and we are “reclaiming” our fall activities.  It was a picture heavy post of all the things we love about fall – complete with old pictures of the twins… even in the NICU.

 

Get Back on that Horse – On Tuesday – I blogged about the twins first day of Preschool.  One of them had a “malfunction.”  Not only did I blog about their amazing resilience, but I also shared an embarrassing story about myself.

 

The 2 Headed Monster – On Wednesday – I wrote for … well, everyone.  I poured my heart out with Shell… because she offers a great platform for some really introspective writing. Sometimes I wonder how I “seem” to the outside world.  At any given moment my emotions could be taking me for a ride on this crazy rollercoaster.  I blogged about a snippet in the day and explained how each incident changed my overall mood.

 

Who will Love me for me? – On Thursday – I wrote the post of my heart.  Mama Kat had a writing prompt about “your song” …  This song has been in my heart all week.  I keep coming back to it.  As I keep changing… when will I know who I am?  It got a lot of traffic, but I was surprised there weren’t more comments.  I wonder if people stopped reading after the first paragraph or were turned off by it.  Either way – life as I see it.

 

Friday’s Confession Booth: I’m a Borrower – On Friday – as usual – I wrote a confessional.  I’ve been giving some thought to changing this.  Maybe a “random photo dump” or a “guess what is going on in this picture” link up… I’m not sure.  I’ve also been thinking of taking a day and dedicating it for lessons I’m really proud of and would like to share.  I have the unique opportunity to use a TON of real life situations while teaching… and I get asked a lot of questions about my classroom.  I’m not sure about this one either.  Please feel free to submit thoughts – because I’m pretty sure I’m ending the Friday confession booth.  Too much stress to write a blog post for every single day while working.  Also… Awn always links up – but other than that…. sometimes it is slim – as you can see this past Friday.  I did confess to “borrowing” things and never returning them.  A lot of things.

So – There you have it.  What I’ve been thinking and we’ve been doing this past week.
