Friday’s Confession Booth: I don’t care enough to hide it

Confession for this Friday? 
I take random photos of things that I think are funny or ridiculous … and then usually never do anything with them.  Usually – it takes me too long between the picture taken and the event I wanted to associate it with, so they just sit on my phone.  So here they are.  Complete with captions.
* Remember… taken with a cell phone – so we’re not entering any photo contest here.
** Most of my life involves some sort of embarrassing scenario or another.



















































Life here is still a Series of Unfortunate Events.  But, we still laugh. I guess my real confession this week is… that I don’t really care that we look like a bunch of nuts.  I’m proud that we can laugh at ourselves.

Well that proves it...we are the same person. The blenders! What do I do to the blenders?! (Usually I forget to clean it, push it to the back corner of the counter, forget some more and then it's just way too nasty to...and summer...hot...fruit flies...just...new blender.

I love these! And you are so right - I think we do share a brain at times!

Especially the one about the ladder - I posted a picture of one of my kids (Sarah?) airborne after she jumped off of a swing at the playground and made a similar comment about it. LOL

Now I'm going to be a troll and catch up with you! ;)

Ok. So... the Friday Confession booth hasn't been the most amazing hit I thought it would be (plus... I have since learned - there are other friday confessionals too.) What do you think? Should I change this to a friday's stupid cell pics?

In addition to suddenly really wanting a beer (specifically, the one set aside by my S.O. for himself, because I know it's there!) I love that row of recliners. I think the only time those buddy recliners will be broken up is when they're returned to the factory, or possibly Goodwill. I'm not sure about the specific logistics, although I'm fairly sure about the general idea. :p

You're not alone on the "great parenting" pictures. I posted a pic of my son helping load the dryer from the inside and it didn't even occur to me that might be a "what's wrong with this photo?" moment. (It's a coin dryer, to be fair!)
