Make Me Laugh Monday : Vacation

Sometimes it is really hard to get out of bed on Monday Mornings.  Laugh along with us as we bring some cheer into your dreary Mondays.  Just post a picture (taken by you) – and tell us why its funny.  Heck, you can even make up the story if you want.  We don’t care.  Just make us laugh.  Link back here so everyone can share!

I have really big feet.  No lie.

I feel old. Like I should be in Steel Magnolias.  Or smoking a cigarette on a front porch or something. I think these foils make my nose look bigger.


We spent this weekend at Colonial Williamsburg.  It was awesome.  I’ll blog about it tomorrow… but for now – here are a few funny things.

We decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and go shopping at the outlet mall.  Our GPS was a literal life saver (and marriage saver) for us.  Ray found an outlet mall he wanted to try.  I plugged in the ONLY outlet mall our GPS found in Williamsburg.  Ray insisted it was not the right one – and turned off the GPS.  He then turned the car to go in the direction of his preferred outlets.  We found them… I managed to snap a few pictures when he turned around.

They will probably be open next year.  And… we turned the GPS back on.

These last two pictures crack me up – more for what they “say” than what they are.  First of all… while shopping – At the REAL outlet mall – Andrew went off with his dad.  When we finally met up later – he said (and I quote) “They didn’t have ANYTHING in my size.  Now I’ll NEVER have anything to wear.”  … Oh the drama.

And the second picture makes me laugh because at some point they will realize these machines move if you put money in them.  But not today… we still have yet to put money in the machines.  They still think you hop on and pretend. Smile Being a mom is awesome.

hahahaha! that last picture really did make me laugh out loud! I LOVE that you don't put money in the machines. And that they don't know any better. Why didn't I think of that?!

I totally love that reference to Steel Magnolias...best movie of all time! Still makes me cry! But no you don't look old! Bella went with me last time I had my hair highlighted and she couldn't stop laughing at how I looked with all that foil in my hair. She wanted to take a picture but I forbid it.

Love those last 2 pictures!!! Don't you love how dramatic they can be over something like that? As if their whole world will implode if they don't get exactly what they want.

I'm doing this next Monday!! I love the pics of the "Outlet Mall" your husband wanted to go to. Thank goodness for GPS...it really does more for marriages than it does for directions ;-)
