Magic Moments: Pushing out the WHS

I’m linking up with Shell again.  She’s doing this awesome link-up  about Magic Moments. Which… the perfect time for me – because … I have some.  My Magic Moments occur when our lives are not so “special.”

When raising a child with special needs… sometimes I worry that those needs will overshadow our life. These moments are special.  These moments scream happiness.  These moments say, “lazy days in the pool, vacations, simple pleasures like feeding the ducks, backyard smores parties, the joy of playing with kids, the thrill of Thomas the Train, … and finally … the peacefulness of a moment spent loving each other.”  They don’t say, “Special Needs.”  They say … “happiness.”

I’m thrilled to be able to share our Magic Moments.  They are magic to me…. because they are just normal.
